At Mova, we aspire to create products that support you in day-to-day training. If our gears do not fit your needs, we’re here to help.
This policy applies to purchases made directly on mova-athletic.com.
30-Day Risk-Free Trial
Try your Mova product properly. Use it after your workout. Take it on a drive. See how it fits into your routine.
If it’s not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No stress. No overthinking.
We design Mova products to perform in real life — not just look good out of the box. If it’s not working for you, we’ll take it back.
Limitations & Abuse Protection
We stand behind our products and your experience using them in real-world conditions. The Risk-Free Trial is designed to cover normal use. The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Damage caused by sharp objects
- Excessive tearing, punctures, or destruction beyond normal use
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unintended use cases
These guidelines help us maintain a fair and consistent experience for all customers while being transparent about real-world product limitations.
Returns Process
Email support@mova-athletic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Original shipping fees (if any were paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund and notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time we receive your return for processing. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible upon delivery at sara@mova-athletic.com with:
