It Started with a Sweaty Drive Home
A small inconvenience at first, but one that kept coming back
I couldn’t find the gear I needed, so I made it.
As someone who trains for marathons year round, I spend a lot of time driving to and back from runs.
After long runs and track workouts, I kept getting into my car soaked in sweat. Like most runners, I would throw a towel over the seat. It worked, but I'd spend the rest of the drive trying and failing to keep it in place.
The alternatives I found were generic, plastic-looking or designed without athletes in mind. I wanted something that performed like real athletic gear and looked good in a car I cared about.
That frustration became MOVA.

The workout ends. Your routine doesn’t.
Most athletic brands pay close attention to what we wear during training. But the transitions around it, the drive home, wet clothes, muddy gear and constant laundry, are often treated as afterthoughts.
We design for those overlooked moments. Every product is made to work with the way athletes actually train: frequently, intensely and wherever their schedules take them.

That’s why MOVA pairs purpose-built performance with original patterns and thoughtful details. We create gear that can handle sweat, dirt and repeated washing—while still feeling like something you’re excited to use.

MOVA is an independent, founder-led brand building one product at a time. We develop in small batches, listen closely to customer feedback and keep improving the details.
Our first product, CleanRide, is an athletic car seat cover designed to protect your interior after sweaty, messy workouts. Feedback from real athletes helped us make it even better, leading to antimicrobial performance fabric, a secure snap-button hood and a seat-belt buckle loop. Every improvement came from paying attention to how people actually use it.
CleanRide is only the beginning. As MOVA grows, the mission will remain the same: creating thoughtful gear that works with how you train.
